About The Event
This meditation will help you find the stillness and balance within that many seek in such a chaotic world. People experience such things as expanding their imagination, opening up their hearts and finding higher guidance.
* Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
* Bring a mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort.
Limited bolsters and blankets will be provided for students without.
* Essential oils, lotions, crystals will be used to increase vibrance (per student's consent).
* Most of this class takes place by candlelight.
