About The Event
Bring a mat and blanket and pillows to make your comfy nest.
You will be indoors in the beautiful glass facade retreat center at KUALOLI. As the sun sets, the stars come out and you can hear the ocean across the street. Arrive 6:00 PM and please park in the back of the retreat building. Set up your space and then relax with our light sound healing with gentle movements guided by Robin starting at 6:15 until around 6:30 or so. Then dive deep into your meditation with us until around 7:15 when Robin joins us again to slowly bring you back to your breath and into your body with gentle movements. 7:45 - 8:00, conversations and departure.
